1. The number of days or deadline to return the product ?

2. How will I get my refund ?
– Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode (store credit or bank transfer) within 48 hrs from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
– Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines, post initiation:
a. Wallet refund will get credited within a few minutes.
b. NEFT refund will take 3 to 5 working days.
c. Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays / Sundays and Bank Holidays.
3. The information they need to bring in-store or send online for the refund (receipts, credit card, etc).

4. Conditions the product must be in to be valid for return.
– The product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. Exchanges can only be done for the same products. It cannot be exchanged for another product category or against any other product across our website.
5. Where to return the product (if you purchased it through an eCommerce site) and who will pay for the shipping.
– Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner’s team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
– In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:
